Ótima ideia para um aperitivo de férias! 👍 O aperitivo de berinjela é delicioso, rápido e saudável! Aperitivo de berinjela rápido e fácil! Ingredientes:
4 berinjelas grandes e grossas.
Não corte muito fino.
Adicione 2 colheres de sopa de sal a 3 litros de água.
Reserve por 20 minutos.
1 cebola.
1 pimenta.
1 tomate.
1 cenoura.
60ml de óleo vegetal.
Frite até ficar macio.
Cozinhe por 1-2 minutos.
Adicione 1 xícara de arroz.
1 copo de água. 200ml
1 colher de chá de sal.
1/2 colher de chá de pimenta preta.
1/2 colher de chá de tomilho.
Cozinhe por 15 minutos em fogo baixo.
Seque as berinjelas descansadas.
50 ml de óleo vegetal uma colher de chá de tomilho.
Pincele a berinjela dos dois lados com ela.
Asse em forno pré-aquecido a 200°C (400°F) até dourar.
Retire do fogão quando a água tiver evaporado.
Meio maço de salsa.
Coloque uma colher de chá de verduras picadas em cima da berinjela.
Enrole com cuidado.
Insira um palito de dente para evitar que o rolo abra.
1 colher de chá de pasta de tomate.
1 colher de chá de pasta de tomate.
1 colher de chá de sal.
120ml de água.
Asse em forno pré-aquecido a 200°C (400°F) por 5 minutos.
50 gramas de queijo cheddar.
Asse em forno pré-aquecido a 200°C (400°F) por 5 minutos.
Parcialmente.
Sirva com sobras de arroz.

I cut the eggplant a little thinner and used it as lasagna.
Baked the eggplant with thyme and olive oil, followed your rice recipe, and then layered the eggplant, rice, cheese, and tomato paste.
Not as presentable, but it tasted wonderful.

Να σου πω μια ιδέα??? Εγώ κόβω την μελιτζάνα στην μέση την αδειάζω προσεκτικά με ένα κουτάλι, βάζω την δική σου γέμιση, από πάνω τυρί φέτα σε κυβακια, και προσθέτω και λίγο λάδι ώμο. Ψήνω στους 180 για μια ωρίτσα και είναι υπέροχο!! Στην Ελλάδα τα λέμε γεμιστά!!! ️🇬🇷
