1. 4 salsichas
2. 2 tigelas de arroz cozido (1/2 tigela de arroz para cada)
3. Queijo
4. Algas secas
5. Molho: 1 molho de soja TBSP, 2/3 TBSP Vinho de cozinha (mirin), 2/3 TBSP xarope de milho (mel)

Japanica is different than white rice. You wont be able to make rolls with white rice because it is not sticky.

For everyone who wants to make it I tried it… Tips… Use Sushi rice, Don’t add too much sesame oil, use gloves (a must), use baking paper, dont let the sausage stick out of the nori, it must be close to exactly even. So it’s a little more complicated than you think. But this will make it work.

Aside from how unnecessary and cumbersome this is just to make hot dogs… this is just ridiculously unhealthy, even more than regular hot dogs. That is way too much white rice, one of those will equal 1 big mac in calories, on top of cheap cooking oil, much higher sodium, sugar from the synthetic syrup, and terrible mass produced sliced cheese. I will use this video as a perfect example of what NOT to make at home.

As a person that does not want meat videos marketed to them and supports the vegan community I am wondering why, if for several years in a row I have said “not interested” to videos depicting meat that it keeps putting them in my feed. It should be obvious that people find certain things offensive that others might not and that this is part of a personal experience all people should be allowed to have and curate for themselves. Much like no one would burst into my house with a flaming goose, I would hope no one would burst into my feed with sometimes very graphic imagery of meat or animal slaughter etc. I apologize to the uploader as this comment is not meant for them or to cast any negative opinion on their choices and life, but to call out this platform for harassing people who do not want this imagery and have a right to be respected.

Ещё сами сосиски оказались толще, поэтому собачки из щеночков превратились в больших псов
Ну и вместо кунжутным семечек я посылала сверху замороженным укропом. Я из России! У нас должен быть укроп! Ну, и зеленелький, он прикольно получился. Когда крепила замороженный укроп на горячий корн-дог, лёд таял и укроп отлично прилипал к рису.
Замороженный, потому что зима на улице, мама замораживает огромные пакеты рубленной зелени, чтобы быстро в супы добавлять)) и тут это пригодилось)
В общем, мне понравилось! Необычный завтрак для наших широт. Но это выходит очень дорого!!! Наверное, себестоимость одного такого малыша будет порядка 200х рублей. Т.е. где-то купить это выйдет около 500 руб. Раз в год можно себя побаловать (особенно если почти всё, кроме порционного сыра дома было), но есть даже каждую неделю мало кто сможет у нас…

Literally made this tonight and the rice did not stick well. It came apart during molding and cooking. To be fair I have no idea how to make Onigiri or any rice dish that has to mold rice into something else but all I want to figure out is what I did wrong. I used all the same ingredients. Not trying to be rude or mean just really confused. It tasted fantastic though.

In the UK we would call the way you cooked that fried. For us a grill is closer to an oven in that it isn’t in direct contact with a heat source, it’s below a flame or heat element if electric. Kind of like an oven.
Frying for us can range from what you did to shallow frying, to deep frying.

If I may, there’s a big difference between a hotdog and a corndog. A hotdog is almost like a sandwich, placed in an open bun. You can see the top lengthwise of the sausage. A corndog is completely covered by…whatever covers it and has a stick placed in it so you can hold it. Hot dogs are grabbed with your hand on the bread, corndogs are grabbed by its stick. So these are corndogs, not hotdogs.
