No dia 07 de dezembro fiz o curso oficial da Scrum Alliance com o Michel Goldenberg (CST). Além dos conceitos básicos do Scrum ele também falou sobre técnicas utilizadas para auxiliar a implantação do Scrum. O Curso foi muito interessante e proveitoso.
